Meet Jen Yingling, Executive Director
(The one who makes the magic happen.)
Jen Yingling is a dynamic communications leader with nearly two decades of experience in the life sciences and healthcare industries. She specializes in crafting and executing strategies that blend audience insights, strategic planning, and creative storytelling with hands-on graphic design, promotional content, and video production support — driving engagement across digital, social, media, and live platforms to inspire action.
As the founder and lead strategist of Per Communications, Jen works with individuals, startups, and top five pharma companies to design fit-for-purpose strategies and solutions that move clients toward their goals with care and intention.
Previously, Jen held strategic roles at two health and life sciences-focused agencies and in-house at a mid-sized biotech company, where she developed a new Science and Innovation function from the ground up, led global event planning, and executed multi-media communications and PR campaigns.
Jen holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Millersville University of Pennsylvania, with a minor in Fine Art, and is certified as an Innovation Engineering Blue Belt. She lives on a third-generation family farm in Pennsylvania with her husband, son, two dogs, and a herd of Angus cattle.
